About Tempo

Tempo Acupuncture and Light Therapy was created to provide thoughtful, individualized care for people seeking support with recovery, function, resilience, and long-term health.

Many individuals arrive after navigating a variety of conventional and complementary approaches without finding the progress they hoped for. Others seek support maintaining an active lifestyle, recovering from injury, managing chronic symptoms, or continuing to participate fully in the activities that matter most to them.

Tempo integrates acupuncture and photobiomodulation (PBMT) within a structured, evidence-informed model of care focused on meaningful functional improvement, ongoing reassessment, and individualized treatment planning.

Care is guided by respect for the nervous system, the body's capacity to adapt, and the understanding that recovery often requires consistency, patience, and a personalized approach.

The Tempo Approach

Tempo was built around a simple belief:

People deserve time, attention, and a thoughtful plan.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, care is designed to evaluate how pain, neuropathy, headaches, injury, recovery challenges, and other health concerns affect daily function, activity, and quality of life.

Treatment plans may integrate acupuncture, photobiomodulation (PBMT), lifestyle recommendations, movement strategies, and ongoing reassessment to help support measurable progress over time.

The goal is not simply symptom management, but helping individuals recover function, build resilience, and continue participating fully in life.
